If I could give zero stars, I would. Engaged the services of this firm for a real estate transaction and they assumed (their words, not mine) that my bridge financing loan had been paid, confirmed to me in writing at the time my sale closed that everything was paid for (even though I emailed to flag them to double check because I was concerned with the payout amount) and then left me with a loan in default when the closing date of my bridge loan came around and still tried to pin the fault on me.
