I am facing this problem with Airtel since last 3 months. They have activated dialor tone firstly without asking me, neither i have opted it and they deducted my balance by 20 Rs. Again they extended it while i have sended the request to stop the service and again they cut 30Rs. Now last month they have activated some matrimonial services and charged 10+30 Rs.
