I purchased 2 x pairs of shoes in the sale in June 2009 which never arrived. I was told by Dune Customer Services to check with the post office - I did this and apparently Royal Mail seem to have misplaced the items. They asked me to go back to the supplier so that they could raise a claim for the goods and Dune could then refund my money. I have emailed Dune, called and left messages and written letters countless times and they completely ignore my requests for help.
