I signd up for a certain number of violin lessons for my thirteen year old son. They supplied a teacher and honored that number of lessons. When it came time to renew we paid $400 dollars for additional lessons. Just when we did that his teacher said that he would no longer be able to conduct the lessons. We contacted the company and explained that we would like a refund instead of starting over with a new teacher. They have yet to give us that refund after months of calling them.
