We purchased an xbox 360 in November of 2007.On may 4, 2008 the unit stopped working.Because unit was well within the warranty time frame we called. They instructed us to be looking for a prepaid box to send unit out to be repaired.When we received unit some 2 weeks later not only did it not work, but it was a different unit. We verified this 2 ways, one serial numbers of originally purchased unit wasn't the same, two we spoke to repair center and they admitted that unit sent back was indeed a refurbished unit.
