I am so pissed off about the unemployment situation. Everyone talks about the high unemployment and I have spent the last year trying to get a job, just to be told I am over qualified. I know I am over qualified but I still am willing to work at McDonalds with my qualifications. This is just crazy. It seems to me in order to reduce the unemployment in Texas, employers should hire people who are willing to work, no matter if they leave in 2 months or not.
