I had asked for do not disturb to beenforced on my phone 9341605073 in the month of january 09.I kept on reminding the customercare about it every 45 days. And every time they kept saying they need time.It is more than 7 months now since my request but I am tole that the adds still keep coming.I really do not understand what the problem is. When we request to talk to a responsible person we are told that it is not possible.So what is the remedy.
