Reside at 336 St James, Gatineau. Approx. 3-4 months ago Alja fired a top notch janitorit would appear because he had no skills in doing major repairs. However, he kept the building spotless and it always smelled nice. Since then he has not been replaced. They have a tenant removing the garbage from the premises. Different workers have mowed parts of the grass on the property. Carpets on the upper floors are neglected and the glass panes and floors need a good cleaning. They took over this property last year and things have deteriorated. We had 3 janitors with the former owner. read full review »
