As a resident at Moulivakkam, I have applied Land Line telephone connection more than 5 times since 2000, and I have submitted many written requistion letters to facilitate the same to the officers in BSNL. I will not be worried much if my area is far away and it is infeasible location, but out of three parallel lanes, ours is a middle lane which is classified by Line men of BSNL as infeasible area even though telephone post and cable cross the lane.
