Dear Sir, I am really frustrated with the nokia service, especially nokia service center, sector-2 noida. I purchased Nokia 5800 XM and the EMIE no - 354182023308719 in Feb 2009. But the handset not perform good, Vibration not working, phone get hang and restart charger pin not working. I submitted it to the center and they told me that it will go to L3 because its new launched handset and you will get it back after 15 days.
