Customer care of the airtel is not good and satisfactory. Airtel prepaid connection service is not good. I am planning to change airtel connection to other service provider in december when other service provider will be there. We are having 10-15 airtel number in our family and friends and we all are facing activation of hello tunes and other service problem frequently. We all planning to switch for other service provider if same mobile number will be there or we are planning to switch TATA DOCOMO or tata mobile. read full review »
