I was told that there are many many complaints against this company and that this company is located in Egypt. So good luck to anyone who tries to get a resolution through them. My suggestion is to change your credit card number before it gets charged any further.. It is painless and will protect you from any unauthorized future charges. I also fell for the advertising and attempted to cancel just TWO minutes after placing the order. I was told that I could not because once shipping is paid for, the order goes out automatically.
