At the time of connection, I didn't opt for Airtel PC Secure but when I received the Bill for the period of 17/06/2009 to 16/07/2009, the PC Secure charges were added in my Bill. I requested a number of times to Airtel Customer Care regarding waive off and adjust in the next bill. Every month I was assured by Customer Care to pay this bill and PC Secure charges for the period mentioned above will be adjusted in the next bill but all in vain. read full review »
