I requested a free credit report online at EQUIFAX.com/fcra as instructed by COSTCO. COSTCO sent a letter dated 08/15/09 in reference to their bank: HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A. I followed instructions through EQUIFAX website 08/24/09. I recieved the report. THEN, on my bank statement was auto pay of $12.95 to MNI*CREDITREPORT.COM on 09/01/09.
