Dear Sir, My gas connection request was approved and cylinder came to Nileshwar Gas Agency, Kerala, India. As the connection is in my name and now I am in UAE they are not giving the cylinder to my wife. She provided the agency all the proofs but they are not admitting and told that they will cancel my connection. Please advise them to release the cylinder to my wife or hold the delivery until my arrival there may be within 2 months. Or inform me the right way to avoid the cancellation of the gas permit.
