My husband received a credit card through GE Money to pay for our Hanson windows in March 2009. Started to receive monthly statements soon after the installment of my windows. Out of the 7 months, I had missed one payment (even though they state we our late every month) due to error on my part and they charged me a late fee of $39.99 and increased my APR from 15% to 26.99%.
