I have insurance of my car Santro PB08 AM 3537 from ur company. Policy no 3001/50434109/02/000. <br /> <br /> This car is on my mother’s name, Smt Ravinder Kaur. On 16 Aug 09, both my parents were travelling in this car and they met with an accident in which my mother expired on the spot and father suffered multiple injuries. <br /> <br /> In this regard I registered for claim and my claim no is 01229672. Airtel

I am having an airtel prepaid connection no 9929788024 and am using on blackberry handset. I had activated the Airtel's Blackberry 299 plan on it .It worked fine for about 15 days. thereafter I though of upgrading it to Blackberry 899 plan. I sent the SMS for activating 899 plan. My 299 plan got deactivated, however 899 plan has not been activated even after 8 days and regular reminders and calls to customer care(7070).
