A Pure It that was purchased in July 2009 is producing water that contains suspended crystals since August 2009. I stay in Bangalore and had registered a complaint via the Pure It customer care centre (call centre) and was told that someone would visit my home and attend to the complaint WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS. However, no one has turned up till date even after repeated phone calls. This whole thing looks like a scam. I am also thinking of taking legal action against Hindustan Uni Lever. read full review »
