I am filing this complaint on behalf of my father, who is very sick with a terminal disease. H&R Block gave my father inaccurate information, and filed his taxes incorrectly for him. Now the IRS wants money from my father that he doesn't have, money that H&R Block told him he wouldn't have to pay. H&R has abandoned my father after 35 years as a customer, and refuse to take care of the situation.
