I had a phone call from K-designers and was promised a $250 gift certificate if I agreed to let a representative show me their window products. I spent 3 1/2 hours with the representative and I wanted to talk with customers who had used their windows. He suggested that I talk (on his cellphone) to a customer (who could have been anyone)...I decided to look on the computer and found several unsatisfactory customers and decided not to buy the windows at $1500 for two 36 x 28 windows.
