Once the fibre optic cable is installed in my building, i am not able to use the land line 90% of the time. The voIP light goes on and off and i am not able to make or receive calls most of the time. If a call is getting connected also, it becomes silent after few minutes. I had made around 10+ complaints in the last one and a half months on the same issue, every time, they close the case without any resolution.
