Cracked a molar in Febuary of 08'. went to the Denton location off Swisher/I-35E and was given a crown. was told by the young lady that it would be in there permanently. also, No Dentist came by to check the work like they have in the past. today it fell out while I was eating fish. Monarch lied to me and did very poor workmanship on my tooth and charged me $800.00+ for it. This has got to be the worst group of dental incompetants that I have ever come across.
