I purchased an Oris Big Crown chronograph on June 19th this year, as a 60th birthday present for my husband. On Saturday Sept 5th, he discovered that one of the winder buttons had dropped off. We returned the watch to the retail supplier - Brisbane vintage Watches - who sent for repair to Perth, under guarantee. They are now suggesting that the loss of the button is due to 'bumping' and that they will repair it only as a goodwill gesture, but it will take some weeks as the part has to be sent from overseas. having spent what for me... read full review »
