I recently bought a LCD tv from Teknosa and tried to return it within hours of turning it on. When I was at Teknosa, the TV viewing was perfect, but when I turned it on at home, it was terrible. The fast moving objects were blurry and hard to follow. When I called them, they stated that they would charge me an open box fee of 15% of the total and give the rest of the money back in the form of a gift certificate.
