I recently purchased an on-line item because this company name kept coming up and telling me that I had all sorts of errors on my computer. Before I knew it, I had purchased an item for over $50.00. It is not anything I need. I am very old and this company took advantage of me by using scare tactics. I have since had to take my computer in for adjustments and this service is absolutely of NO USE TO ME I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The government should put them out of business. Can you help me?
