I have tried to get my mortgage with Wells Fargo modified for at least 7 months and have called once a week for that period of time. I recently received a letter stating that I might be eligible for a modification, but when I called, they said that I had too much debt (!) to qualify, but that my rates are still under review. Not only are they uncooperative, but the person i spoke to was rude. I need to get some help here. I am current on my mortgage, but because of reductions in my employment, i will surely be facing foreclosure soon! read full review »
