I have had a fraudulent charge from this company as well. Earlier this year I ordered 3 books from this company totaling around $40. When I didn't hear back about the order shipping I cancelled via the website. About 1 month after the cancellation I noticed a charge for the $40 on my bank statement. I figured out whom the charge was from & immediately called them. I found the phone number on their webiste and had a hard time getting through to a human being.
