Management often insults and mocks customers. The food here is not all that good anyway. There are better places to go. There are better deals in Townsend for a subway sandwich. I can get a buy one get one free meal. Jerks run some businesses throughout Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Subway sandwiches hope goes out of business and better businesses soon appear. In Germany a few Subways had model Twin Tower buildings making fun of 911 with a big sub sandwich knocking into the Twin Towers. Very pitiful. Restuarant management was caught stealing and now have spy cameras on the workers. read full review »
