I scheduled a transfer for my power to be done on Nov. 6, it is now Nov. 7 at 3:45pm and my power is still not on. Every time I call, the reps including the department managers keep telling that an order has been placed and they will get to me. They assured me this was to be done yesterday before midnight. I called at 2:30p, 7:30p and lastly at 9:30. At the end they said the technician was at my building, but I never saw anyone here.
