My third call (and you do have to hold for a long long time!) to effect a refund of a 27 July charge yields a new excuse - They claim my Visa card is blocking their attempt to refund. I immediately called my Visa card services and they confirmed it's Total Hogwash! Avoid this vulture company. Besides, the product is a complete scam!
