On the morning of Sat. Sept. 19 at approximately 8 am. a party of four, while traveling in southern Manitoba, stopped for breakfast at the Neepawa McDonalds. We found the conditions deploreable, far below the normal and customary standards of McDonald's restaraunts. The floors and table tops were dirty. The abundance of flies truly defies description.
