Procscout is out to get your money, plain and simple. I attended an event with my daughter this past year. Our hotel alone was several hundred dollars. They waved her fee if she would vouch for them .. and she has, but then again so have lots of people on this complaint board. I wonder how many of them were hungry teenagers lured by this under-handed promotional scam. She got a call back, but nothing ever materialized.
