I Have just had the most awful customer service from GE Money that has left me close to tears. I have been charged a goods insurance fee that should have been deducted in February 2008. The woman on the phone was demeaning and kept speaking over top of me. She stated that the proof of insurance I submitted in February 2008 was only a quote and a letter was sent out to me explaining this.
