1. I had applied for broadband connection on Sep 05 2009 in Chennai, Ashok Nagar. Till now I have not received the connection. 2. On calling the customer care centre, they told me that my case was pending with Mr Kesava Kumar and has not yet been approved. On calling the GM they told me that my application was cancelled. And to say I had not initiated it and neither got any intimation from BSNL. 3.
