I spend 6 months of the year in Canada and 6 months in the USA. My Canadian Visa Account is being charged USD 39.95 on the first day of every month. I e' mailed my bank rep. and explained what is happening, he could not give me a lot of help but suggested searching the web and this is what I am now doing. This SCAM has been going on for a number of months and its making me very angry. I absolutely have no idea where this came from, have no memory of signing up for anything. Whenever I do I have a file with all the information regarding the transactions. Can someone please help with this seemingly blind alley of a situation. Jim read full review »
