Subject: - Laptop Model no. KS365PA and Product No. dv3005Tx Dear Sir, I had purchased HP Laptop on date of 19 may 2009, model no. is KS365PA and Product No. is dv3005Tx. The Laptop cracks are developing continues front side of LCD bottom and laptop’s plastic border color is fading. I have attached the file photos as proof.
