Don't ever rely on these brain dead twits over the phone. I called to get specific prices on rolls of wire and got some prices alright. As to what they were for--- who knows. Was told they didn't have certain length rolls I know they have, was told one price was $60 less than what it really was and should have been. In total called for about 6-8 prices. I had my laptop for just under a year (1 year warranty) and the wireless suddenly stopped working for a couple days. I brought it in to have it looked at and it worked in the store so I was told there was nothing he could do. Ok fine. Tried it an hour or so later at a friends house and it DIDN'T work. Took it home and got back to it a day or so later and same thing. Trip #2 to the store (though not their fault). Same thing, turned it on and it was indeed dead.
