The complaint is twofold. One the total price was £115 the money taken was £126. The boots were mushroom coloured not chocolate brown as shown on web page. They also felt very cheap, small, with a flaw in one of the soles. The box was not an UGG box, it was too small so the boots had to be packaged with the tops folded down, consequently they had a crease mark which did not disappear in two days.
