company automatically debited our account without warning and put us into overdraft. every penny counts these days and we have been so careful with our money. we are in the middle of filing for bankruptcy and would have liked a warning at least via e-mail that this were about to happen so as to prevent overdraft. this is a non-refundable fee, as i have found out from calling them and they refuse to credit us but will cancel automatic billing which i never signed up for in the beginning.
