I received a call from the debt collectors last week, stating that i owe MTN R2000, however i have never received an email, statement, invoice or phone call about outstanding money. I emailed MTN, and someone replied stating that the account is in arrear amounting to R600, and that the account is not with the debt collectors. I had paid the debt collectors lst month. Nobody is giving me any explanations so i am not going to pay anyone until i receive feedback and some assistance with MTN. read full review »
