On hold for over 1 hour as I write trying to receive credit for a year of unauthorized charges in the amount of $11.99 each (small enough to stay under radar). All the banks know about these people. Not illegal, but once they capture you in a rather sneaky way through a pop-up in an online purchase (movie tickets, for example) it is nearly impossible to get them to stop.
