I don't think my experience was as bad as some reviews here, but I too ordered the free trial through MSN home page. When I called the 800# to cancel the 14 day trial they told me that $82 would be charged for the 'free' trial. He told me on the phone it was the club was a trial, but the product wasn't free. I was told if I returned back only then I wouldn't be charged. It was funny because the person on the phone hinted that I could open it and still return it. I decided not to open it.
