I entered an online contest and 3 days later the calls started. After listening to the lady describe their services during the first call, I politely stated I needed to think about things and would call them if I wanted to make an appointment. She said that was great and she'd send me an email with info. No email ever came. Instead, 2 days later, another phone call.
