TD BANK has been having some sort of computer internet glitch that started Friday...long story short, they are still DOWN and I have been embarrassed when trying to use my debit card to purchase food, pay bills and conduct business...my card is declined and I am getting told that there is INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!
