In June, I ordered two products from them for $.99 free trial shipping fee per product, and before I even had a chance to try the products, they had charged my credit card over $200. I sent everything back, but because I only had 1 RMA # instead of 3, 1 per product, (their company only gave me one when I called to ask how to return the products) they refuse to refund the additional $122. I have been on hold with them for 45 minutes at a time, then disconnected while waiting to speak with a supervisor. I think they are dishonest and should be shut down. read full review »
