I ordered this product on 09/26/2009 I have sence then gotten three calls for conferming my order. But when I answered there was no one there.Untill to day ( 9/30/09 He wanted to conferm my order . I told him about previous calls.I said do you mean that it has not gone out yet he said no but it wont take long .Well he wasent kidding because when I went to the post office 20 min. later it was there.then I got another call about an hour later wanting to conferm but when I answered no one was on the line.
