I have purchased an aquasure Elegant RO water purifier on 7/09/2009 . The equipment stopped working after 2 weeks time . I made a call to the helpline number 39883333 on 24th sep and registred a complaint . COMPLAINT NUMBER: 81930706 . They promised that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours . Today is 1st oct, the issue is not yet resolved . Everyday morning i call the helpdesk and I get the same promise "We are extremely sorry for your invonvenience, your issue will be resolved today" .
