I Had applied for 45 shares of Reliance Power limited vide application no 52954001 dated 15 Jan 08, Payment made vide cheque of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, sector 17 D, Chandigarh cheque no 18360 amounting to Rs 5175/. No shares allotted to me nor refund of Rs 5175/ made to me so far.
