My wifes phone Nokia E66 experienced speaker trouble on 13 August 2009. The phone was only 5 months old and we booked the phone with our local Mtn in Boksburg for repairs. The phone was received back after 2 weeks and had exactly the same trouble. It was booked again with the same branch. (job no. 9940 - 27 August 2009).The phone has since came back 3 times from repairs but it is now in an even worse condition. Surely Mtn must replace the handset with a similar but new.
