This is to highlight pathetic condition of coaches & services in prestigious trains like Dehradun-N. Delhi Shatabdi Exp & Jan Shatabdi Exp. I have been travelling in these trains for years & I have observed sudden worsening of quality of services, catering & condition of AC chair car coaches. I have lodged complaints on several occasions but unfortunately no action has been taken.
